Centurion Ride Practice One
This is for the riders who are doing the Centurion Ride in 3 weeks & who have booked on AND donated.
If you're unsure about riding 100 miles in 4 weeks then do the 3 warm up rides & see how you get on.
These are flat rides, so it's a question of time in the saddle, nutrition & hydration - oh & of course, cake!
This ride will do the Southern loop of the Centurion & give you a chance to get to know it & help people who are on the ride for the first time on the 18th September.
We will stop at one of our favourite cafes en route.
We will do two laps of the Southern Loop at a gentle pace to get everyone in the mood - the Centurion build up starts here!

Please check your bike over the night before the ride, tyres inflated, all bolts tight, lubricated. Clothing, Helmet & lights checked & ready. Please aim to be ready to ride 15 mins before the ride start time, getting away on time is good for everyone. Ensure you have money, a phone, your navigation tools, food & drinks.
