Mountain bike ride from the Tynant Inn CF15 8LB to the Maenllwyd Inn and back ; approximately 15 miles, 1500ft of climbing and 2 hours of riding along the ridgeway. Some busy roads, tree lined bridleways, some rocky paths and some muddy paths, occasional pasture land. We will ride back down Van Road into Caerphilly and then use the Taff trail back to the start.
Bring Helmet, Cycling Glasses, Gloves, Lights, Jacket, spares and inner tube. Fuel up before riding, bring some food and water
