Picnic Area No 2, Chew Valley Lake

A bueatiful ride around the Chew Valley starting at Chew Valley Lake and taking in views of Blagdon Lake via the pretty hamlet of Nempnett Thrubwell. The ride has some hills, on pretty country lanes and B roads. Start from Chew Lake Picnic Area No 2, coming from Bath and Bishop Sutton, this is the first car park on your left, coming from Chew Stoke this is the second car park (not Salt and Malt). Parking is £1.80 for the whole day. We'll stop for refreshments at the end so bring some cake money, sun tan lotion (or rain jacket depending...) This is a lovely ride for people with some fitness, but we'll not be going too fast and if you want you can walk up the hills.
