Starting from - The Old Bathing Hut Café, St Leonards. Please remember your cycle helmet, spare inner tube, pump, water to drink on the ride and money for refreshments. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time so that we can do our safety checks and go through the route. It is important that you check that your bike is fully roadworthy, good brakes, gears that work and tyres that are pumped to the correct pressure – thanks, TN38 0AL

This is a very flat route (with the exception of the couple of humps between St Leonards and Bexhill). We will be using cycle paths and minor roads as much as possible but there is a short section on a busier road. We will cycle from St Leonards, along Bexhill seafront to Cooden, then to Pevensey Bay and on to Chilley Farm where we'll stop for some refreshments. We'll come back via Sluice Road to Cooden, Bexhill and St Leonards
