Chorley - Eat Drink Cycle - 5 Miler

This is a lovely easy flat route, which is car free, heading from Botany Bay Mill Shop to Fredericks Ice Cream Parlour at Heath Charnock, following Route 55 Cycling Path along the Leeds Liverpool Canal and back again along a lovely part of the canal.  Make sure you bring some money with you as not only can you sample 42 flavours of ice cream, but stop in for a sundae, barista served coffees, specialty milkshakes and freshly made pizzas and light snacks. Then when you get back to Botany Bay you can pop into Botany Bay Mill Shops, sprawling across the five floors of Canal Mill. A fantastic shopping centre experience that’s not to be missed. Botany Bay is full of the finest brands in clothing, furniture, homeware, gifts and crafts - all at unbelievable prices. Take your time and take in everything Botany Bay has to offer, from a lush garden centre and spectacular Christmas shop to exciting food halls and restaurants.
