AL5 2RU

Harpenden & St Albans annual Christmas Breeze around the town, with some VIP champs from Dunstable joining in the fun with us this year.

It's a ride for everyone, all colors, all levels, any ability. You literally need to be able to ride on your bike for about an hour or so, with a break mid way for festive treats. Everyone will follow the same route, but we will ride in small groups, each with its own festive champion.

We will hunt down the most blingy festive lit houses around the town, and believe me there will be some gems.

Mid way round the ride everyone we will treated to Christmas munchies provided by the Champions. Please make sure that when you sign up for this ride, we will be catering for you, its our treat - cancellations are not festive:) Sausage roll and mince pie baking is taken very seriously, and obvs a little glass of something, it would be rude not to. :)

Your bike must have lights, the more the merrier. If you would like to bring any younger riders who have never been on one our rides, please speak to one of the champions before booking them on.

As it will be dark we will not be able to stop to make any bike repairs, if for any reason you need to stop during the ride, its a very easy walk back to the town with your bike.

At the end of the ride, we will be hosted for yet more treats at Wesleys Cafe in the high street. This will be followed by an optional invite to the annual festival of lessons and carols in the church for any rider that would like to stay. A room will be provided for your bike during the service which will be locked while you are happily singing.

Then its happy days, Christmas will have officially started.

If there is a house lit up like a Christmas tree, we will be there.

Residential roads and a festive cruise around the towns Christmas lights

A mid way stop for what else, I mean its Christmas, it can only mean something yummy. In fact we have a treat for everyone that comes on this ride. A hot sausage roll or mince pie, or some other delicious treat, swigged down with something seasonal :)

Its absolutely essential that you light up your bike, believe me when I say you simply cannot over do it. Light up yourself if you fancy. Its not possible to over do it, light up your wheels, your handlebars, literally if you can come up with it, do it!
