Cip Hunt, Lets Party!!! Christmas at Buckland Monachorum, fancy dress (optional but fun if you do)

t's Christmas!!!! So we are having a party. Dig out your Christmas jumpers, tinsel and best fancy dress, anything Christmasy goes, even decorated your bike with lights and make it jolly.
don't worry about being the only one dressed up because im for sure will be.
we will head to Yelverton on the traffic free cycle path NCN 27 from there to Buckland Monochrome stopping at the Drake Manner inn for light refreshment ( i have booked a table indoors so we can keep warm) please note this ride is weather dependent,
please note later start at 10:30am to coincide with pub opening times

Welcome to the chip hunt, will try and visit a different pubs where you can have chips or your preferred refreshments.
The rides will be between 20-30 miles, Mix of traffic free cycle path, country lanes, with a small section of road.
Please note! There will always be a section large or small where we will be cycling on roads so riders must be confident cycling with traffic.
For safety reasons all participants will be expected to wear a helmet and be able keep an average speed of 10mph, will suit Road bikes, hybrid (road tyres) and E bikes. Yes there will be hills (it is Devon after all) but we will take our time and climb at a steady pace (mine is a 4-5 mph LOL) so if I can do it so can you and we always stop at the top for a breather.

* lights, inner tube pump and tools, money for refreshment stop and appropriate clothing for the weather.
*A helmet is a must on this ride.
