Start with a steady climb, then enjoy some singletrack down to the waterfalls, then follow some of the trail offerings parallel to the river.

Taking in some of coed y brenins nicest trails it doesnt have to be hard work to be rewarding, anyone can ride, its all about having fun and riding with some new people

Helmets are mandatory (it might be a social but lets look after ourselves. I would advise gloves, and dress for the weather + a spare layer. Bring any spare tubes or parts for your bike, a drink and a snack
