Casual steady ride mainly on roads and partly in canal towpaths. We'll set off from FC United in Moston riding through Ancoats & Northern Quarters and through Manchester city into Salford were we'll stop for a coffee/tea and cake in one of the trendy cafe shops in Media City UK.
