Coffee at The Workhouse!

Come and join us for a Breeze ride from Monaughty, it's a route we do quite regularly and probably less chance of too much mud and puddles after the recent bad weather.
We'll have our coffee stop half way round at The Workhouse Cafe in Presgteigne before heading back via Discoed and Maestrayloe.
No special clothing is required, something bright makes us more visible to other road users and bike lights too if you have them. Please bring a well maintained bike, spare inner tube and pump or what you need if you have tubeless tyres, some water for yourself and money/card for the cafe stop.
A cycling helmet is recommended for all adults.
