An out and back ride on predominantly flat and traffic free route from Conder Green picnic area via the Lune Estuary path and St Georges Quay through Lancaster and onto the Riverside (Millenium) cycletrack to the picnic area at Crook O' Lune Halton.
The route surface is firm and is a mixture of gravel stone chippings and tarmac. There may be some patches of mud or leaf mould and some standing water after rainfall.
We will take a break at the picnic area at Crook O' Lune which has toilet facilities. Refreshments can be bought at Woodies Cafe.
When everybody is rested and refreshed we will return via the same route to Conder Green.
