This is a beautiful ride taking in the lovely villages of Whalley, Bolton By Bowland and Gisburn.
It is a challenging climb over Waddington Fell, followed by a few more shorter climbs. The route then flattens out a little and you can relax and enjoy the scenery.

A stunning challenging ride to conquer Waddington Fell

Mostly B routes on country lanes. Some steep ascents and descents

There will be a planed refreshment stop but riders should bring plenty of drinks and snacks as the first part of the ride is the most challenging.

Helmets are always advisable and riders should be aware that they will not be allowed to ride with the group without one. Please be equipped with your own personal protection equipment/hand gel etc. Money for refreshments if required

This is the fourth road ride in the Conquer & Climb series for HRS Ladies group. As per previous rides the route is designed for ROAD BIKES only please. Graduating to steeper inclines but the rewards are the descents and stunning scenery.
