Starting point

Devon
PL7 1SR

We will roll out of Cot Hill close and climb up through Woodford to Crossways, Clifton Avenue and Newnham Road. We then weave through the industrial estate via Bell close and further climb through Chaddlewood on the cycle path up to Langage. We are now leaving the city behind on Holland road as we ascend to Sparkwell, Lutton and Cornwood. We avoid the temptation to climb Dragon Hill and swoop down towards IvyB and the sharp climb to Uppaton. We cruise through the lanes to get to the top of Ivybridge. We now further descend down to the banks of the Erme. A small loop of the housing estate follows which leads us to the road/cycle path to our refreshment stop. Rejuvenated we turn for home via Lee Mill, Smithaleigh, Ridgeway, Mudge road and back to our start point at CHC.

A social ride into the South Hams countryside.

Initially urban roads and cycle paths to escape into the countryside then quiet lanes and cycle paths before our return to urbanity.

We will pause as required by the group and a refreshment break at the Hunting Lodge Cadleigh.

Helmets are required. Fully charged and working front and rear lights, we will return in twilight. Dress for a spring evening Spare inner tube

We never leave anyone behind
