Cors Caron - Pontrhydygroes Loop, Ystwyth Trail and Forest (Gravel Ride)

Starting at Cors Caron Car Park, we will head out on the Ystwyth Trail to Tynygraig, then turning right up the hill to join the forest, then continuing to the sawmills road, crossing over the footbridge before re-joining the forest to drop down into Pontrhydygroes.

We will then head back a different way, up to Ysbyty on the road, then turning right going past the quarry before descending to Ystrad Meurig and rejoining the trail.

This is quite a challenging ride, so please make sure this is the ride for you.

Approx.1500ft total climbing/elevation gain over 20 miles.

This ride is NOT suitable for road bikes - hybrids or mountain bikes only please.
