Cors Caron - Tynygraig Loop (Ystwyth Trail/Forest Road/Lanes)

Before booking and coming on the ride, you MUST please read and agree to the ride rules which are pinned to the top of the Cycling Ceredigion with Lorraine Facebook page.

If you want to book on and you haven't been cycling with me before, please message me first as this ride might not be suitable for you. We will be cycling at an average minimum speed of about 9mph, and is suited to those who have built up good levels of fitness.

12 miles of traffic-free-ness out of 14! We will go along the Ystwyth Trail, forestry and quiet lanes, returning on the Ystwyth Trail again. 900ft of climbing, with a few hills.

Please aim to arrive 15 mins before as we leave PROMPTLY at 10am.
