Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Please only sign on this ride If you are a beginner or new to cycling. As this is an 8 week series please try to cycle each week so you can reach your target.
We will be following government/British Cycling guidelines re Covid, keeping social distance. Please carry a face mask/covering, basic first aid, sanitiser, spare tube, tools that fit your bike, tyre levers and avoid touching each others bikes.
Please make sure your bike is in good working order and the tyres are pumped to correct level as this will make for easier riding. A water bottle is also a must to keep hydrated, money for the coffee stop (card payment preferably).
We ride as a group (social distancing), slowest rider’s pace, no one is left behind.

We will start our Couch to 25 miles on a flat 10 miles down Long Lane towards Thearne, stopping at the Tiki Cafe on Ings Lane. The routes will increase in miles, pace and hills each week.

The routes are on quiet roads and cycle paths.

Always a coffee stop.

Please wear a helmet.
