Starting from - Meet outside of Feniscowles and Pleasington Sports and Social Club, Livesey Branch Road (A6062), Blackburn BB2 5EH at 9.30 a.m. on Sunday 4th July.
There should be adequate on road parking in front of the social club and playing fields. Alternatively you can use Witton Park car park (BB2 2TP) and cycle up to the start (Approx 2 miles/10 minute ride). You will need to pay to use the Witton Car Park. You can also commence the ride from Witton Park.

The route passes through Witton Park, crossing Blackburn and up Lark Hill to join Whalley Old Road. Following this road eventually to Rishton, Huncoat and the outskirts of Burnley before climbing up to Crown Point, where you can stop and undertake a short walk to view the Singing Ringing Tree if desired. Then a descent to Burnley Road East and through Edgeside, Rawtenstall, Haslingden and Rising Bridge into Accrington. The last leg is through Oswaldtwistle, Higher Audley and other parts of Blackburn, returning to Feniscowles.

Total distance is 40 miles.
