Join me at the Senedd in Cardiff bay where we will head out to the barrage and Penarth Pier to do the 7 mile loop before returning to the Senedd in time for the 1pm gathering being arranged by cardiff council to encourage the government to invest more money in cycling.Here is the link to sign up for the senedd ride , just to let them know how many of us will be coming.
