This Galloway Gals (Breeze) ride is open for anyone to join

Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Leaving the car park in St Johns Town of Dalry (below the school) we will ride up Kirkland Street and cu through to the B7000 and then turning off onto single track roads to Lochinvar. There are a few cattle grids on route. Aim straight and left your bottom of your saddle and you will be fine or alternatively dismount and walk across. The route is undulating and we will go at a relaxed pace.

An undulating route which takes you passed the spectacular Lochinvar.

Mainly traffic free, a few cattle grids to go over and there may be sheep on the road.

We can have a refreshment stop at the end of the ride in Dalry.

Helmets to be worn. Please bring your puncture repair kit, phone and money.
