Starting from - Please meet in the lower carpark at Baysgarth Community Hub ready to leave at 9am straight after the ride briefing. This ride is Challenging and has a couple of hills to test the legs, we will look to do around 12-13 mph if this is too fast or too slow please do not sign up to the ride. Please wear a helmet and carry enough drinks and snacks to see you through. Carry a spare inner tube and pump to fit your bike and don't forget cash/card for the cafe stop. DN18 5DT

We leave baysgarth and head towards Laughton via Winterton, Burton, Flixbrough, Gunnessand West Butterwick. After refreshments we head back to Barton via Scotton, Manton, Sturton Brigg, Worlaby and Deepdale.

Mostly quiet roads but expect to ride on some busy bits.

Helmets are recommended. Please carry the means to fix a puncture, snacks and a drink.
