Denholm, Leaf, Greenhill, Midlem and home via Standhill

We leave Denholm and head to Hassendean where we will meet anyone cycling in from Hawick at 9.15 am. We then cycle to Lilliesleaf and turn left and turn right before Clerklands to take the road over Greenhill to meet the A7. Here we will cycle along the cycle path to the outskirts of Selkirk. Turning right to cycle on the A699, a challenging hill passing the Golf Course. We turn right toward Midlem, stopping at Braidwood for refreshments, We then head home via Standhill.

Helmets are required and please bring tools/repair kit in case of a puncture. Please also ensure beforehand that your bike is mechanically sound and that you have appropriate clothing for the Scottish weather. A drink and a snack. Pennies for our refreshment stop.
