About the route
Hi my name is Ian I am one of the Epping Forest Rangers and a British cycling member. I will be leading a bike ride on Sunday 21st of July through Epping Forest. The ride will be an easy/ steady one and is open to riders of all ages and abilities We will be cycling on the main tracks and will stop for a pub lunch. Please wear helmets and bring water and check your bike over before we start.
