Dunchurch/Rugby Breeze Distance Training Ride 15-20 Miles

Come and join our friendly bunch for a morning training ride. A few of us have signed up to a variety of ‘challenging’ rides in 2017, including Ride4Alex (a 6 hr individual or relay charity ride on a closed lap circuit at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground to raise funds for Alex Goodwin) and Ride the Night (Women v Cancer – a 100km ride which starts in Windsor at 10pm in May 2017) To assist with our rides, these rides are designed that we reach a 100 mile ride by JULY 2017 We will be leaving Dunchurch at 8.30am heading out into the countryside. Speed will be set at 12-14mph. Tea/coffee/cake/breakfast stop at some point for those wishing to indulge. Please check back as we may have a change of starting point for variety! This is our route plan for todays ride: Route: 18.5 mile from HOME Meet Car park outside The Huntsman (The Square, Dunchurch) LEFT onto Coventry Rd (B RIGHT at island on to A45 towards Coventry LEFT at McDonalds onto the Straight Mile Straight on straight mile past Blooms Garden Centre LEFT to Draycote Village LEFT at top of hill next to Church Straight into Birdingbury Village (Main Street) LEFT onto RIGHT to Stockton ( Straight over Southam Rd (Canal Bridge near to The Boat PH) LEFT to Broadwell ( Straight to Flecknoe Station Road Straight through to Sawbridge Straight to Grandborough Village LEFT just after bridge into Rose Lane LEFT on to LEFT onto Daventry Road/A45 Straight over lights and back to start
