Starting from the free Dunmere car park next to the Borough Arms we take the Camel trail to Wadebridge and then cross the bridge and make our way to Rock where we have our break, returning in a circular route back to the trail again. A scenic route with great sea views as you approach Rock
Mostly minor roads/trail with a short section of main road. A few moderate hills.
Helmet a must and capability to repair a puncture. Clothing to suit the weather on the day.
