Mostly off road on cycle paths and mostly flat exceptionalities the first bit. We will take it easy and if you need to walk up the hill that's fine ....

A nice little dander to Sawston and home on mainly cycle paths

Tatmac routes so a road bike or hybrid bike is fine. What ever you are comfortable with.

Stopping for rests and water as needed, don't be slow to ask!

Helmets, water and hand gel incase. A spare inner tube that fits your tyres and a lightweight showerproof if it looks like it might be damp!!

We never leave anyone behind
