F4F Cockermouth Sunday Morning Ride

The ride will start at Cockermouth High School where there is limited parking.
All current F4F members are very welcome, this also includes e-bike members with a fully charged battery.

We will be travelling along quite country back roads and cycle ways out from Cockermouth.
We will be continuing to include an outdoor socially distanced drinks & snack break with a great view.

Please bring with you a road worthy bike, your helmet, clothes you are comfortable cycling in, easy to remove layers work the best, a waterproof jacket, as you never know, a cold drink or flask for along the way & a snack for our alfresco stop if needed.

Please do not attend the ride if you have Covid-19 symptoms, have someone in your household who does or if you have tested positive on a resent covid 19 test. Cancelling your place wont be a problem just let us know before the ride so we are not waiting unnecessarily for you, especially if its raining.
All participants on a British cycling ride are now required to provide all their own repair equipment to comply with the government's self-sufficiency rules.

So, a must is your own hand pump with the correct connection for your inner tube valve plus this seasons must have cycling accessory a spare inner tube that fits your bike (just in case).
We ride in a small group of 6 or fewer people, exercising out of doors, not riding face to face so rather than needing to maintain the socially distanced two metres apart until we stop for our designated drink or snack breaks.
