We'll meet on Chapel Row next to Ennerdale Brewery. We'll be riding on rural roads and the traffic free cycleway. It's winter so we will decide on the route on the day depending on the weather conditions. It'll be about 6 to 9 miles and we'll be riding for around an hour.
We always ride at the pace to suit everyone and no one is left behind. Remember to layer with clothes you are comfortable cycling in. Bring a bottle of water and a snack . We recommend you wear a helmet, bring a water proof jacket and also a spare inner tube to fit your bike.
