The route leaves Wyndley Leisure Centre and takes residential and quiet country roads to Lichfield City.

Low levels of traffic on the roads.

Riders are advised to wear helmets, but it is not compulsory. A spare inner tube and pump for those annoying punctures. You will need a lock for the coffee stop in Lichfield. Riders are advised to bring a drink and a snack for any en route stops.
