This is a mixed ride for men and women and everyone is welcome.
From our meeting point, we will cycle along Nuns walk and quieter residential roads to join Worthy Rd. We will head out of Winchester via School Lane and Springvale Rd to Lovedon Lane and then Easton. After 6 miles we will stop in the pretty village of Easton for refreshments at the Chestnut Horse and return cycling along scenic country lanes back to Winchester and our start point. This route has both quiet and busier roads and some hill climbs but we will travel at an easy pace and nobody will be left behind.
Please remember to cancel your place with as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend, as places are limited.
Things to bring:
- A well fitting cycling helmet
- Suitable clothing for the weather and hi-vis if possible
- Money/credit card for cafe stop
- A spare inner tube, tyre levers and pump in case of a puncture.
