Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Our first ride will be flat and on country lanes, stopping at a garden centre for coffee, as the weeks go by we will increase the mileage and the amount of hills.

We will start with a gentle mainly flat route of 10 miles, increasing the amount of hills and mileage to around 15 miles as the weeks progress

Cycle paths and country lanes

We will stop for water breaks, photos and usually a cafe for coffee and cake

Always wear a helmet, bring a water bottle, and a puncture repair kit, if you are unable to repair your own puncture, due to covid, you must have a contact who can either come and do it, or take you home. Please bring some money for the cafe.

If you are new to Breeze rides, we go at the slowest riders pace, and never leave anyone behind. As long as you can ride your bike you are most welcome.
