Starting point

London
E3 2PA

The ride is perfect for confident riders who are looking to improve their fitness level and hill climbing skills.

Starting from Leytonstone, we will ride towards High Beech and tackle a "warm up" hill on the way. Once at High Beech, we go through all 5 hills but we'll also pass through the same junction after every hill so you will be able to take a break or skip at hill if too tired. Then we'll ride back to Leytonstone and have a final "bonus" hill to finish off hill training!
We will aim not to leave anyone behind but please ensure your fitness level is suitable for this ride before registering. If in doubt, please contact us and join one of our easier rides first.

Please save the usual rides leaders' phone number in case you get lost around High Beech as it's typically hard to keep a group of mixed abilities on hills; Andrea 07850404421, Bryan 07845 525001

Important notes:
- Please check for updates on the morning of the ride as this ride may be subject to cancellation in case of bad weather due to the type of the roads
- Travel light, leave home heavy locks and rucksacks
- Must have a helmet
- Bring adequate food and drinks
- Bring spare inner tubes, pump and essential toolkit, we will do our best to assist and help but please aim for being self-sufficient
