This ride is ideal for anyone who has never cycled before and wants to give it a go or those who have not ridden in awhile and are a little rusty or seasoned cyclists who want a social ride and meet other like minded ladies.
Easy 5-10 mile route round country lanes in Elmswell..
There is a 'no drop' policy, everyone on ride stays together as a group and encourages those who may need a little extra help.
We ask ladies to wear helmets, ensure bike is road worthy, tyres inflated to correct pressure, bring puncture repair kit or inner tubes, bike pump or CO2 gas cannisters, appropriate clothing, drink for journey. If you need any help or advice on these please contact or we can discuss on the day.
If you book and cannot make it please cancel your place on the site with at least 24 hours notice as I do not always have time to check register before ride.
