This Sheffield Area Social Cycling Group ride is open for anyone to join

Organized by groups in the community, these rides are a great way to meet new people, explore your local area and to have fun riding your bike. You can find rides that are suitable for your level of experience and interests whilst enjoying being part of a social cycling community.

Please come early for a pre-ride coffee, if you want.

Mountain Bikes This route takes us along Porter Brook up to Ringinglow; from here we will ride along well-defined paths and some short road sections on a circular route, passing the Fox House pub. This leads us back to Lady Canning’s Plantation, where there will be the opportunity, to go down one of the MTB trails (optional). Finally, we will return to Endcliffe Park.

Please note there will be some hills as we start at 400ft and the highest point is 1400ft, with some undulation (hills) in-between, about 1600 ft of climb in total, with a short section where you may have to push your bike.

There will be a café stop on the way,

Please bring some money for the café, tools and a spare inner tube.
