Get some fresh air and meet some new people by joining this ladies only gentle circular ride from Westhouse Our start and finish point is from Escape Bike Shop who will also very kindly provide post ride refreshments for FREE IF YOU NEED A HAND GETTING YOUR BIKE FROM THE SETTLE AREA THEN THE BIKE SHOP AND RIDE LEADER WILL PROVIDE TRANSPORT FOR BOTH YOU AND BIKE FROM SETTLE SWIMMING POOL CAR PARK AT  12 NOON.  SHOULD YOU WISH TO USE THIS FACILITY PLEASE CONTACT JILL ECCLESTON SO SHE CAN LET THE BIKE SHOP KNOW AS WELL! Once we’ve checked over our bikes with the help of the bike fairies from Escape and warmed up, we’ll ride out on quiet back roads taking in several if not all the amazing Dales 3 peaks.  The route will be around 10 miles and at a very steady pace where we can chat and enjoy riding in a group.  More precise route information will be posted nearer the time Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the conditions on the day, preferably something high viz – a helmet is advisable, though not essential.
