Seven Kings Park

This 25 mile road-based route starts and finishes at Seven Kings, heading out into the Essex countryside to our half way stop at South Weald Country Park. From here we loop around towards Navestock and then back to our start point.

A few climbs, but nothing huge. This is a good ride to use as a step up towards bigger things. You must be able to average at least 12 MPH.

Bring carrots to feed the deer!

All participants are expected to bring: • A bike in good working order with tyres pumped to the correct pressure. (If in doubt, have it checked over by a local bike shop or qualified mechanic). • Carry at least a spare inner tube, pump and tyre levers. • Dress for the weather. • A drink and energy bar. • Lights if there is any chance of poor visibility.
