This route will start at the ‘zig zags ‘ Russell Road where we will cycle to the meadows via Dalry Road , Fountainpark and a short section of canal path. We will cycle through the meadows towards St . Leonard’s area and then down through the Innocent Tunnel ( singing is optional !! ) We will then join further cycle paths towards Portobello prom.
Our plan will be to stop for a drink/ snack in one of the lovely cafes .
Our return will be via Leith again on cycle paths and lanes to the end of the route at Russell Road .
This is a lovely ride , a favourite with many of our Breeze ladies and there are no challenging hills .

An evening ride to Portobello prom , returning home via Leith .
The ride is on cycle paths, and cycle lanes with some quieter roads.
We will stop for a drink / snack at one of the lovely cafes on Portobello Prom .
Please bring helmets, bike lock, lights a spare inner tube and some money for our cafe stop .
