We will cycle along the cycle path and viaduct, and on to Compton.
Turning right along Poles Lane and back through Olivers Battery, Badger Farm and Stanmore to return to our start point.

All rides will be led with 2m social distancing in line with current government guidance. You will be expected to follow the advice given by the ride leader to protect yourself and other participants.
Please do not attend the ride if you are feeling unwell or if you have been asked to isolate by the track and trace system. Please cancel your place with as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend as places are limited.
It is not advisable for anyone classed as vulnerable to participate in a group activity at the present time.
There are some short stretches of busier road, but these should be relatively quiet in the evening.
There are also some hills, but we take them at our own pace, nobody is left behind.
We welcome new riders.

DISPOSABLE GLOVES
MASK (no need to wear, a safety measure if required)
Suitable clothing for the weather
Inner tube/ pump/ tyre levers for puncture repair ( we are able to advise)
LIGHTS Please add lights (ensure that they are fully charged) as it may be starting to get dark on the way back
