B2B's New Year 2022 Guided Ride

This is our B2B New Year ride that will start at Maryport Cemetery Gates.
After all that festive feasting it may be time for a little exercising?

Our ride to start this New Year will take into consideration weather conditions and riders attending.

We will as usual be travelling along the traffic free cycle way & remember as B2B members we are always "willing to wait" so no one is ever left behind :)
We will be continuing to include our socially distanced outdoor drinks & snack breaks.

All our current B2B members are very welcome to join this ride, this also includes our E-Bike riders with a fully charged battery wishing to ride with like minded leisure cyclists.

Each rider is still required to provide all their own bike repair equipment to comply with British cycling's self-sufficiency rules.
So a spare inner tube that fits your bike and a hand pump with the correct fitting for your inner tube valve, are the minimum (just in case).

You will also need to bring with you a road worthy bike, your helmet, clothes you are comfortable cycling in, easy to add & remove layers work best, a waterproof/windproof jacket, (as the weather will change quickly along this route), a good warm pair of gloves for those cold hands, add a drink or small flask for along the way, and if you wish to bring a snack for our "alfresco" snack stop that's grand ;)

Please do not attend the ride if you have any Covid symptoms, have someone in your household who does or if you have tested positive on a recent Covid test.
Cancelling your place isn't a problem, just let us know before the ride so that we are not waiting for you unnecessarily especially when its cold or raining.
