Leaving Ely we join the NCN Route 11 along the river path, riding through the small hamlet of Barway, heading to Wicken.
Before reaching Wicken we turn of NCN11 and ride a short Bridleway to reach Kingfisher Bridge Reserve.

A Family ride led by Ely & District Cycling Club/B&T Motor Repairs, aimed at getting more people out on their bikes at a leisurly pace

The route is mostly tarmac path, some grassy sections and very quiet c roads. (National Cycle Route 11).

One stop at Wren Cafe at Kingfisher Bridge. Tea/Coffee/Cold Drinks can accompany Muffins, Chocolate Tiffin, Cheese Scones or Ice creams

We ask that bikes are in a roadworthy condition, we can fix minor problems, but not major ones! Cycle helmets are MANDATORY. If you have smaller children with towed type bikes that is fine, but the paths are narrow so trailers could be a problem.

We never leave anyone behind
