Ferndown to Ringwood along the Castemain Trailway

We start at Pedals Cycle Centre in Ferndown and quickly pop on to the Castlemain Trailway for a fab and traffic free ride to Ringwood. We'll stop for a coffee and cake break in one of the great cafes in the town and then venture back to Pedals.

The route is nearly all off road on fire tracks and goes through West Moors Plantation and Moors Valley. We ride at a pace that everyone can enjoy which I call "natter pace" ...if I can hear you chatting we are at the right pace.

Please wear a cycle helmet on the ride and have spares ready in case of a puncture.
