Starting from the Windhover at 10:15, we ride a short section of the BVW to Kings heath and then the shared path to Sixfields and the Elgar centre around 10:50, at this point we collect anyone who is riding the 14 miles. We then pick up the cycle path near the river to the white water centre billing rd, cutting through Brackmills and the back of Delapre Abbey to the Uni for lunch at the uni café (the market). Returning via a short section of road before picking up the canal towpath to Swan valley and the Elgar centre. Returning to the Windhover the same way we came.

A Traffic free cycle path trip from either the Windhover or Upton country park and stopping at the Uni for lunch (the market).
