We'll be repeating 5 loops of a 3 mile circuit, trying to build speed each time.
Initial orientation loop approx 13mph to makes sure everyone is happy with the route.
Regroup after each lap, quick drink and off we go again!
Final lap is as fast as you like - go for it :-)

Practising speedier group riding.

Good road surface, generally little traffic.

No cafe stops, although start and finish at the pub if you wish to visit afterwards!

Bike + helmet, inner tube + pump + accessories, drink + snack if you need.
