We will be riding about 10-12 mph but this will depend on the group and no one is ever left behind. The ride is 45 miles with a stop halfway at 22 miles. There is a pick up point for anyone wanting to meet to make the ride shorter, this will make the ride 7 miles to the cafe, 14 mile round trip. If you want to join at the meet place please message me for details.
We will be stopping at The Side House cafe for refreshments, you will need cash/card and a bike lock.

This is a 45 mile route with an alternate pick up to make it 14 miles, contact me for details.

We are riding on quieter roads and cycle paths, although some roads may be busier! Helmets must be worn to join this ride.
