Starting point

Berkshire
RG7 5UX

This ride will start at the 'The Berkshire Arms' pub on the A4 just outside Thatcham, after a short stretch on the A4 we will head up the hill towards Midgham, Upper Bucklebury, and Bucklebury before turning back downhill to Chapel Row, and Woolhampton then back across the A4 to Aldermaston and Brimpton before returning to the start point.

As this is an evening ride there isn't going to be anywhere for a cafe stop on route however if anyone fancies a bit of refresment at the end then I'm sure the pub will be more than obliging.

I would recommend bringing some lights for this ride just in case we start to lose the light towards the end and just to be a bit more visible along the country lanes.

Children under sixteen are welcome however they must be accompanied by at least one parent, and should be comfortable with riding on the road in with a group of other riders in potentially dimmer lighting.

We will take a number of photos before, during and after the ride which will be posted on the Fat Lad At The Back Facebook pages.
