Flab Social Ride Derbyshire

Ok so this one is mostly track but when we get to Radcliffe on Trent it'll be road from then on and I'll be honest with you from Shelford we are going to be finding the route together as I've not rode that part yet. I've been told that Cafe Velo Verde is meant to be a cyclists paradise so lets go and see what it has to offer.
The first part of the ride is quite overgrown with nettles at the moment so I would recommend sleeves and keep your legs covered as you may get stung. Also those who have ridden that part will know that it can get quite busy with pedestrians and fellow cyclists so lets all look for each other. The track a bit further down is full of pot holes so be careful and point them out to each other. If its wet it'll be muddy so be be prepared to hose your bike down afterwards.
Bring your helmet, a puncture repair kit just in case and some cash for the cafe.
