FLAB Social Ride 100 miler, around South Tyneside, and Newcastle before heading up to Amble then back home along the coast
Mainly paved cycle paths with a few roads and the odd unpaved section
Stops planned every 25 miles or so for cake/lunch/beer
Please wear a helmet, bring spare inner tubes, basic tools, puncture repair kit etc and money/card for lunch/cake/beer
We never leave anyone behind
