FLAB Social ride ....Light Ash Sunday Spin out

Are you free this Sunday ? Then why not come and join us on a spin out into the wonderful countryside All are abilities are welcome on this ride, we will be going at a social pace and NOBODY GETS LEFT BEHIND !! The ride takes us out through Kirkham and onto the quiet country lanes of the Fylde, we head for Treales then over the Lancaster canal before turning and heading for Bilsborrow. After a refreshment break we will head back along a different route back to our starting point , the route is flat apart from one slight hill on the way home into Kirkham.
