each week we take a different course decided on night some times saltburn , sometimes eston , the gare and redcar

Tuesday nights are lesuire ride round the local area , ideal for evryone as about getting out and having a chat

various between cycle paths and quieter roads

usually a pit stop before we restart

spare innertube , water , helmet is a must and preferable a smile
