Flying Colours around the Olympic Park

Explore QEOP Park, New Cycle highways around Stratford area and weather / time permitting other local parks or down by the Thames for those with bursting with energy after a festive break.

This ride is open to beginners increasing distance and enjoy a sociable group with a chance to increase distance on future events.

Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather including a Helmet and winter thermal protection. Packed lunch, hydrations drinks and snacks to replenish energy levels are popular to save costs.

A hybrid/road bike is recommended. Check that your bike is fully functioning or have it serviced by a qualified mechanic. Tyres should be pumped up to the correct pressure levels to avoid delays. Bring a small pump, spare inner tube, levers, bike tool to release your tyre for possible puncture repair.
