International Women's Day ride to Hyde Park, this ride is for anyone who's been riding this winter and would like to extend their ride from local to longer. For experienced riders only as it's quite challenging in places.

A hybrid/road bike is recommended. Check that your bike is fully functioning or have it serviced by a qualified mechanic. Tyres should be pumped up to the correct pressure levels to avoid delays. Bring a small pump, spare inner tube, levers, bike tool to release your tyre for possible puncture repair. There will be a stop at halfway point. A good Bike lock for our coffee and cake stop in Hyde Park.

Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather including a Helmet. Hydrations drinks and snacks to replenish energy levels.
